Examination and desk copies

The University of Ottawa Press is pleased to provide course instructors with a complimentary copy of a publication they are considering for a course (examination copy) or have already adopted for use in a course (desk copy).

Examination copies

To request an examination copy of a publication you are considering for a course, please complete the online form. If the publication is available in digital format (PDF or ePub), you will automatically receive a digital version. Otherwise a print copy will be sent to you at the address you have provided.

Desk copies

To request a desk copy of a publication you have adopted in a course with 10 or more students, please complete the online form (one complimentary desk copy per instructor).

* Subject to availability and at the discretion of the Press. Complimentary copies are not available for research purposes, reference, or personal use.
